30% of the total payment in advance after the contract signed. The balance 70% should be paid before shipment. Other payment terms can be negotiated.

For standard machine can be delivered within 40 working days generally after the deposit confirmed.
For non-standard machine order, we will double check the best delivery date from production line for you according the actual production schedule.It mostly takes 60 working days.

We supply different checking types for you.

2. Online Meeting
3. Testing videos
4. Sending sample bags

Packed carefully in vacuum plus bottom tray (wooden tray or steel tray). We usually make the shipment by sea from Ningbo port,China.

Warranty period of the product is 12 months.

Lifetime maintenance services is available. We will keep in contact you regularly about the machine maintenance.

b.Remotely assist in maintenance.
c.Notify our agent office to arrange engineer to the your factory if in appropriate distance.
d.Our headquarter dispatches relevant engineer to the your factory directly.
