The RZJD-G250J flat bottom paper bag machine is developed to meet the needs of scaled production of pointed-bottom paper bags. Using roll paper as raw material, the machine integrates processes including unwinding, hole punching, gluing, tube forming, bottom folding, bottom sealing, and cutting into a single production line, achieving continuous operation from material input to finished bag output. During production, manual intervention is reduced, making the bag-making process more continuous and helping improve overall production efficiency while maintaining consistent finished bag quality.
In terms of material and specification adaptability, the machine provides good coverage of commonly used pointed-bottom paper bag sizes. Bag type and folding structures can be adjusted according to actual production requirements, making it suitable for packaging applications involving multiple product specifications. The machine demonstrates good compatibility with commonly used base materials such as kraft paper, laminated paper, and medical-grade paper. Whether using plain paper or pre-printed paper, stable performance is maintained during forming and bonding processes. Paper feeding and forming are jointly managed by positioning and tension control systems, ensuring smooth paper transport, neat bag forming, and firm bonding, meeting stability requirements under continuous production conditions.
In terms of operation and structural design, the machine adopts a touch-screen human–machine interface, with production parameters and operating status displayed centrally for convenient adjustment and monitoring by operators. Raw material loading and unloading are assisted by a lifting structure, helping reduce labor intensity and improve material handling efficiency.
