The RZFD-250 square bottom paper bag machine is developed to meet the needs of scaled production of square bottom paper bags. Using roll paper as raw material, it integrates bag-making processes including unwinding, gluing, tube forming, creasing, bottom folding, bottom bonding, and cutting into a single production line, enabling a continuous and uninterrupted production workflow. By reducing manual involvement in intermediate stages, the machine maintains smooth process transitions during operation, helping shorten production preparation time and making the bag-making process more stable and efficient.
In terms of material and specification adaptability, the machine covers the common application range of square bottom paper bags. It demonstrates good adaptability to different bag sizes and bottom structures, meeting the production requirements of diversified orders. For commonly used paper materials such as kraft paper and laminated paper, corresponding optimizations are applied in paper feeding control and forming processes. Whether using printed paper or plain paper, stable performance is maintained during bag forming and cutting. The tension control and web guiding systems operate in coordination during continuous production, ensuring smooth paper feeding, neat bag cutting, reliable bonding, and finished product consistency at a reasonable level.
In terms of operation and structural design, the machine is equipped with a touch-screen human–machine interface, with production parameters and operating status displayed centrally for convenient adjustment and monitoring by operators. Raw material loading and unloading are assisted by a lifting structure, helping reduce labor intensity and improve material changeover efficiency. The electrical system and safety protection configurations are designed with consideration for reliability and service life, enabling the machine to maintain stable operation during long-term use.
