The RZJD-G450J flat bottom paper bag machine is developed to meet the scaled production requirements of medium- and large-size flat bottom paper bags. Based on a mechatronic and photoelectric integrated design concept, the machine systematically integrates multiple bag-making processes. Using roll paper as raw material, it enables continuous operation from unwinding, pre-processing, gluing, positioning, and tube forming to flat bottom forming and finished bag output. All processes operate in coordination under unified control, reducing segmented manual intervention and making the production flow more continuous, which helps improve overall bag-making efficiency and finished product consistency.
In terms of material adaptability and forming control, the machine demonstrates good compatibility with various commonly used packaging paper materials and can cover production applications for flat bottom paper bags in different specifications. It also supports flexible adjustment of bag structure according to actual production needs. Paper feeding, positioning, and forming processes are managed in coordination by the control system, maintaining a stable rhythm during continuous operation. This ensures consistent bag dimensions and flat bottom bonding quality, helping reduce material waste and control the reject rate.
In terms of operation and structural design, the machine is equipped with a touch-screen human–machine interface, with operating status and main process parameters displayed centrally for convenient monitoring and adjustment by operators. New operators can also become familiar with the operating process in a relatively short time. Key components are designed with consideration for both durability and long-term operating requirements. The overall machine layout is well organized, and routine inspection and maintenance operations are relatively simplified. This allows the machine to maintain stable and reliable performance under long-term continuous production conditions, making it suitable for printing and packaging enterprises carrying out automated and efficient flat bottom paper bag production.
