Compared with traditional segmented processing methods, this structure reduces the transition steps between handle attachment and bag forming during actual operation, making the production process closer to a single-line continuous workflow. This helps maintain a stable production rhythm and is suitable for batch output of small- and medium-size handle paper bags.
In terms of coordinated control between handle structure and bag forming, the machine manages handle threading, positioning, and bonding processes step by step, ensuring a more stable and natural connection between the handle and the bag body. The paper completes handle structure pre-processing before entering the forming section, reducing overlapping process conditions in downstream stages and allowing smoother bag forming. Paper feeding and cutting processes are continuously linked, and with uniform gluing and pressing methods, the finished paper bags maintain consistency in both appearance and structure. During long-term operation, this also helps reduce adjustment frequency caused by positional deviations.
In terms of operation and equipment usage, the system integrates handle and bag-making parameters into a unified operation interface, making it convenient to carry out centralized adjustments during production.
