The RZFD-330 (IF) paper bag machine with flat handle inline is developed based on the structural characteristics of medium-size high-end handle paper bags. It integrates top folding, flat handle attachment, and square bottom forming into a unified production process, allowing the paper to complete pre-processing and forming sequentially within the same machine. The inner folding structure is formed in the early stage of the process, enabling the bag opening to have a stable boundary before entering subsequent forming stages. This approach helps reduce interference caused by overlapping downstream processes during actual production, making the overall forming process smoother. All units operate in coordination under a unified control system, maintaining a continuous relationship between handle structure and bag forming, making the machine suitable for production scenarios with specific requirements for appearance and structural quality.
In terms of forming quality and detail control, the machine manages cutting, inner folding, and bonding processes in a continuous manner, allowing a natural structural transition between the bag opening and the bag body. During paper feeding and cutting, edge conditions are maintained in a stable state, resulting in smoother cutting edges and reducing wrinkle formation. The inner folding structure maintains consistency during pressing, ensuring a more uniform and well-defined bag opening while providing a stable base for handle attachment. During handle bonding, flat handles are positioned and pressed evenly, ensuring balanced load distribution. This supports reliable load-bearing performance in actual use and helps reduce adjustment frequency caused by local deviations.
In terms of equipment operation and structural design, the operation interface centrally displays parameters related to bag specifications, inner folding, and handle configuration, allowing unified adjustment and fine control during production. The machine adopts a modular structure with functional zoning, enabling each unit to be maintained independently and reducing the impact on overall operation. Key components are designed with consideration for long-term operational requirements in both material selection and structural design, ensuring stable performance under continuous production conditions. Through coordinated optimization of structure and process, this machine is well suited for batch production of medium-size high-end handle paper bags, maintaining both product consistency and a stable, controllable production workflow.
