The RZFD-190 fully automatic high-speed square bottom paper bag machine is developed for this type of order, with a focus on improving continuous processing capability in small bag production. The machine integrates roll paper unwinding, tension control, photoelectric positioning system, creasing, gluing, square bottom forming, fixed-length cutting, and finished product collection into a single operating process. Once the paper is loaded, the machine can continuously complete bag forming, reducing semi-finished product handling and supplementary manual operations. Depending on the paper material, bag type, and production conditions, the machine can reach a maximum operating speed of approximately 220 bags per minute, providing strong capacity support for standardized small-size paper bag orders.
To meet the requirements of small bag sizes for paper feeding accuracy and process synchronization during high-speed production, the machine adopts coordinated servo control and a tension adjustment structure to keep paper feeding, creasing, folding, and cutting in stable coordination. The machine can process food-grade kraft paper, greaseproof paper, and pre-printed paper rolls with paper weights of approximately 50–130 g/m², covering a range of product specifications with bag widths from 80 to 190 mm. In production environments with frequent changeovers between multiple specifications, the machine is equipped with a touchscreen interface that can store process parameters for commonly used bag types, reducing repeated setup and changeover preparation time. Conditions such as material shortage, paper jams, and abnormal loads can be monitored by the system, with alarms or protective shutdown activated when necessary. The automatic lubrication structure also helps reduce routine maintenance work and maintain the operating condition of key transmission components.
