The machine continuously integrates roll paper unwinding, tension control, photoelectric positioning system, creasing, gluing, square bottom forming, fixed-length cutting, and collection and counting. The machine adopts a multi-servo synchronized control system to coordinate unwinding, paper feeding, and forming according to the operating characteristics of wide-format paper. The constant-tension control and photoelectric positioning system work together to correct the paper position in a timely manner, reducing the impact of wrinkling, stretching, and crease deviation on the bag shape. The machine is compatible with commonly used materials of different paper weights, including kraft paper, greaseproof coated paper, and pre-printed paper. Processing conditions can be adjusted according to paper thickness, surface characteristics, and bag specifications, helping maintain coordination between bag body crease lines, bottom structure, and cutting positions.
The constant-temperature quantitative gluing system can adjust the adhesive amount and temperature according to the paper material and operating rhythm, helping achieve relatively uniform bonding along the bag sides and bottom while supporting the load-carrying and leakage-resistance performance of finished bags. The touchscreen system can store multiple sets of production parameters, allowing the corresponding settings to be recalled when changing paper materials or bag types and reducing repeated setup. Protective shutdown functions for material shortage, paper jams, and overloads allow operators to troubleshoot abnormalities in a timely manner.
