The RZFD-250T automatic paper bag machine uses roll paper as its raw material and can produce supermarket shopping bags, takeaway bags, and bakery food bags. The production line integrates unwinding, constant-tension paper feeding, photoelectric web guiding, creasing, gluing, fixed-length cutting, square bottom forming, and finished bag collection. This reduces manual handling and waiting time between processes, making the machine suitable for packaging enterprises producing square bottom paper bags in multiple specifications in batches.
When processing kraft paper, greaseproof coated paper, white paperboard, and composite paper, operators can adjust feeding tension and adhesive application according to material characteristics to reduce paper stretching, wrinkling, and uneven edge bonding. The multi-axis servo system coordinates paper feeding, creasing, and cutting operations. When processing pre-printed paper, the photoelectric tracking system identifies printed registration marks and aligns the graphics with the cutting position, while the web guiding mechanism corrects lateral paper deviation to ensure that printed graphics and crease lines are positioned as intended on the finished bags.
The touchscreen control system supports the storage of multiple sets of production parameters. When producing the same paper bag specification again, operators can directly recall the saved settings, verify bag length, crease positions, and edge sealing through a trial run, and then proceed with batch production. This helps reduce repeated setup and adjustment time during order changeovers. The machine is equipped with protection functions for material shortage, paper jams, overloads, and positioning deviations, allowing operators to identify and address abnormalities in a timely manner. The reinforced frame supports continuous operation, while the modular design and automatic lubrication system facilitate sectional maintenance and routine servicing.
