QQ:About payment.

A:A 30% deposit of the total payment is required in advance after the contract is signed. The remaining 70% should be paid before shipment. Other payment terms can be negotiated.
QQ:About delivery time.

A:Standard machines can generally be delivered within 40 working days after the deposit is confirmed. For non-standard machine orders, we will double-check the best delivery date based on the actual production schedule, which typically takes around 60 working days.
QQ:Product testing.

QQ:Product packaging and transportation.

A:The products are carefully packed in vacuum packaging with a bottom tray (either wooden or steel). We usually ship by sea from Ningbo Port, China.

After signing of the contract, the total amount of 30% advance payment, factory acceptance payment before delivery after the machine testing is ok.
QDelivery time:

About 60 working days after receiving the deposit. The factory will decide whether to change the delivery date when the order is confirmed.

This machine adopts three-phase 380v. lf you have any special requirements, please explain in advance with my company.
QGuarantee:

We offer a 12-month warranty. During the warranty period, weprovide free replacement of damaged parts due to quality problems. All failures caused by improper use of the buyer (including unauthorized modification of PC and touch screenbuilt-in software) are not within the scope of the warranty(except for the vulnerable parts of wearing parts).

Engineers are available to install and debug door to door and overseas. The cost for overseas will be for the buyer's account including visa charge, food, accommodation, around air tickets, and salary of 100usds daily one person.
