RZFD-250 Square Bottom Paper Bag Machine for Continuous Production of Small and Medium Paper Bags

The RZFD-250 square bottom paper bag machine is a fully automatic bag-making machine developed for the production of small- and medium-size square bottom paper bags. It is suitable for applications including bakery packaging, snack food packaging, retail shopping bags, daily necessities, and gift packaging. The machine adopts a continuous automated production process that integrates roll paper unwinding, paper feeding, creasing, tube forming, bottom folding, gluing, cutting, and finished product collection on a single production platform. It enables continuous processing from paper rolls to finished paper bags, reducing intermediate handling and manual intervention while improving production efficiency and finished product consistency, making it ideal for the mass production of small- and medium-size paper bags.

To meet the high dimensional accuracy required for small- and medium-size paper bags, the machine is equipped with a servo paper feeding system, combined with constant-tension paper feeding and a photoelectric positioning system to ensure stable coordination throughout the production process.
