The machine integrates automatic unwinding, constant-tension paper feeding, photoelectric positioning system, servo creasing, paper rope production, automatic handle attachment, gluing and forming, square bottom folding, fixed-length cutting, and finished product collection. All production processes operate smoothly under the coordination of a multi-servo control system. During high-speed operation, the paper maintains excellent flatness, while paper rope length and handle attachment positions remain highly consistent, resulting in stronger handle bonding and a uniform bag appearance. The machine is compatible with a variety of materials, including kraft paper, white cardboard paper, food packaging paper, and pre-printed paper rolls. It is suitable for applications such as bakery packaging, apparel retail, cosmetics and gift packaging, cultural and creative products, and shopping bags, meeting the packaging quality and visual branding requirements of different markets.
To meet the growing demand for multiple bag specifications and flexible production, the machine is equipped with an intelligent touchscreen control system capable of storing commonly used production parameters, enabling rapid changeovers between different bag specifications while reducing setup time and improving machine utilization. During operation, the system continuously monitors paper shortage, paper jams, operating abnormalities, and load variations, and automatically initiates protective shutdown when necessary to ensure stable continuous production.
