The RZFD-450ATF paper bag machine with flat handle inline is designed for the production of medium- and large-size paper bags with flat handles and can process supermarket shopping bags, apparel and gift bags, food takeaway bags, and other products. The machine continuously integrates roll paper unwinding, tension control, photoelectric positioning system, creasing, gluing, flat handle cutting and attachment, square bottom forming, cutting, and collection and counting, allowing roll paper to be processed directly into finished handled paper bags while reducing downstream handle processing and semi-finished product handling.
The multi-axis servo control system coordinates paper feeding, creasing, handle attachment, and forming, while the photoelectric positioning system adjusts the paper running position to reduce the possibility of web deviation, wrinkling, and handle position deviation. The machine is compatible with commonly used materials such as kraft paper, white cardboard paper, coated paper, and pre-printed paper. Tension and gluing conditions can be adjusted according to paper thickness and surface characteristics, helping maintain good consistency in flat handle attachment positions, bag body crease lines, and square bottom structure.
The touchscreen system can store multiple sets of process parameters. When changing bag types, paper materials, or order specifications, the corresponding settings can be recalled and fine-tuned according to trial-run conditions. Alarm and shutdown functions for material shortage, paper jams, and handle attachment abnormalities facilitate timely inspection of operating conditions, while the automatic lubrication structure supports routine maintenance. The machine can accommodate both standardized batch orders and customized production with multiple specifications, providing equipment support for packaging enterprises to improve production organization efficiency for paper bags with flat handles.
