The RZFD-330 square bottom paper bag machine is designed for packaging applications in food, supermarkets, gifts, and daily retail products and can process square bottom paper bags in a range of standard sizes. The machine continuously integrates roll paper unwinding, tension control, photoelectric positioning system, creasing, gluing, square bottom folding, fixed-length cutting, and collection. Once the paper material is loaded, bag making is completed according to the preset process, reducing manual handling and downstream processing.
The machine adopts a synchronized servo control system to coordinate paper feeding, creasing, gluing, and forming, while the photoelectric positioning system adjusts the paper running position to reduce the impact of web deviation, wrinkling, and stretching on bag shape. The machine is compatible with commonly used materials of different paper weights, including kraft paper, greaseproof coated paper, and pre-printed paper, and can be used to produce food takeaway bags, supermarket shopping bags, and daily-use gift bags. Operators can adjust tension and gluing conditions according to paper thickness and surface characteristics, helping maintain good consistency in crease lines, bag bottom structure, and cutting positions.
The touchscreen system can store multiple sets of production parameters. When changing paper materials or bag types, the corresponding settings can be recalled and fine-tuned according to trial-run conditions. Alarm and shutdown functions for material shortage, paper jams, and overloads facilitate timely troubleshooting and reduce the possibility of defective materials continuing into subsequent processing stations. The machine can accommodate both standard batch orders and multi-specification production requirements, providing equipment support for packaging enterprises to improve production organization efficiency and finished bag consistency.
