The RZFD-330TF fully automatic paper bag machine is designed for the production of small- and medium-size square bottom paper bags with handles and supports both twisted handle and flat handle configurations. The machine continuously integrates roll paper unwinding, tension control, creasing, gluing, handle attachment, square bottom forming, fixed-length cutting, and collection and counting. Handle types can be changed according to order requirements, helping reduce production scheduling across multiple machines and semi-finished product handling.
The machine adopts a synchronized servo control system to coordinate paper feeding, creasing, handle attachment, and forming, while the photoelectric positioning system adjusts the paper running position to reduce the possibility of web deviation, wrinkling, registration deviation of printed graphics, and inconsistent handle positioning. The machine is compatible with commonly used materials such as kraft paper, white cardboard paper, and pre-printed paper and can be used to produce handled paper bags for apparel, cosmetics, bakery, supermarket retail, and other applications.
The constant-temperature quantitative gluing system can adjust gluing conditions according to operating speed and paper characteristics, helping achieve more uniform bonding in the handle attachment areas and bag bottom. The touchscreen system can store multiple sets of process parameters. When changing paper materials, bag types, or handle configurations, the corresponding settings can be recalled and fine-tuned according to trial-run conditions. Alarm and shutdown functions for fault detection, material shortage, and paper jams facilitate timely troubleshooting, providing equipment support for continuous production and flexible order changeovers of multi-category handled paper bags.
