RZFD-330W High-Speed Paper Bag Machine Improves Production Capacity for Small- and Medium-Size Paper Bags

The RZFD-330W high-speed paper bag machine is designed for the production of small- and medium-size square bottom paper bags, continuously integrating roll paper unwinding, tension control, photoelectric positioning system, creasing, gluing, square bottom forming, fixed-length cutting, and collection and counting. Once the paper material is loaded, the main bag-making processes can be completed according to the preset workflow, reducing manual handling and making the machine suitable for packaging enterprises handling standard batch orders and multi-specification production.

The machine adopts a multi-axis servo control system to coordinate paper feeding, creasing, cutting, and forming, while the photoelectric positioning system adjusts the paper position according to printed registration marks, reducing the possibility of web deviation, wrinkling, and registration deviation of pre-printed graphics. The machine is compatible with commonly used materials of different paper weights, including kraft paper, greaseproof coated paper, and pre-printed paper. It can be used to produce bakery bags, supermarket shopping bags, snack and gift bags, and can also be configured with a window function according to product requirements.

The touchscreen system can store multiple sets of process parameters, allowing the corresponding settings to be recalled when changing paper materials, bag types, or order layouts. The constant-temperature gluing system can adjust the gluing conditions according to operating speed and paper characteristics, helping achieve more uniform bonding along the bag sides and bottom. Alarm and shutdown functions for material shortage, paper jams, and abnormal tension facilitate timely troubleshooting, while the automatic lubrication structure supports routine maintenance, providing equipment support for the continuous production of small- and medium-size paper bags.
