The RZFD-450ATF fully automatic paper bag machine is designed for the production of medium- and large-size square bottom paper bags with handles and can accommodate products such as gift bags with twisted handles and shopping bags with flat handles. The machine continuously integrates hydraulic material loading, tension control, photoelectric positioning system, creasing, handle attachment, gluing, square bottom forming, fixed-length cutting, and collection. Handle and bag configurations can be adjusted according to order requirements, helping reduce semi-finished product handling and production scheduling between different machines.
The machine adopts a servo drive and touchscreen control system, while printed registration mark tracking and a closed-loop web guiding mechanism coordinate paper feeding, handle attachment, cutting, and forming positions. This helps reduce the possibility of web deviation, wrinkling, and registration deviation of pre-printed graphics. The machine is compatible with commonly used materials such as kraft paper, white cardboard paper, laminated printed paper, and coated paper, and can be used for supermarket retail, apparel and cosmetics, bakery food, gift packaging, and other applications. Operators can adjust tension and gluing conditions according to paper characteristics and bag specifications, helping maintain good consistency in handle positions, bag body crease lines, and bag bottom structure.
The touchscreen system can store multiple sets of production parameters and recall the corresponding settings when changing specifications, paper materials, or handle types. Full enclosure protection, fault detection, and alarm shutdown functions for material shortage and paper jams facilitate timely troubleshooting, while the automatic lubrication structure supports routine maintenance. The machine provides equipment support for packaging enterprises handling both standard mass production and customized branded orders.
