The RZFD-450ATF fully automatic paper bag machine integrates the production of paper bags with both twisted handles and flat handles, allowing operators to switch between gift bags, shopping bags, and other square bottom paper bags with handles according to order requirements. This helps packaging enterprises arrange production tasks more flexibly across different product categories. The machine continuously integrates hydraulic material loading, constant-tension paper feeding, photoelectric positioning system, creasing, handle attachment, gluing, square bottom forming, cutting, and collection, reducing downstream processing and semi-finished product handling while improving production coordination within the workshop.
The machine adopts a German servo drive system and Schneider touchscreen control system, combined with printed registration mark tracking and a closed-loop web guiding mechanism to coordinate paper feeding, handle attachment, and bag forming. This helps reduce the possibility of web deviation, wrinkling, and registration deviation of printed graphics. For materials such as kraft paper, white cardboard paper, laminated printed paper, and coated paper, tension and gluing conditions can be adjusted according to paper characteristics, helping maintain good consistency in handle positions, bonding areas, and square bottom structure. The machine is suitable for supermarket retail, apparel and cosmetics, bakery, gift packaging, and other applications.
The touchscreen system supports the storage of multiple sets of production parameters. When changing specifications or handle types, the corresponding settings can be recalled and adjusted according to trial-run conditions, reducing repeated setup time. Full enclosure protection, fault detection, and alarm shutdown functions for material shortage and paper jams facilitate timely troubleshooting, while the automatic lubrication system supports routine maintenance. The machine can accommodate both standard batch orders and multi-style customized production, providing support for continuous processing and flexible order changeovers of handled paper bags.
