The RZFD-330 fully automatic square bottom paper bag machine is designed for the production of small- and medium-size paper bags and is suitable for food and bakery, supermarket retail, daily-use gifts, light industrial packaging, and other applications. The machine continuously integrates automatic unwinding, tension control, web guiding, creasing, gluing, square bottom folding, fixed-length cutting, and collection and counting. This helps reduce manual finishing and semi-finished product handling, allowing standard square bottom paper bag orders to be organized under a consistent production process.
The synchronized servo control system coordinates the operating rhythm of each processing station, while closed-loop tension control works together with the web guiding mechanism to reduce paper stretching, wrinkling, and positional deviation during feeding. This helps maintain coordination between bag body crease lines, bottom structure, and cutting positions. The machine is compatible with materials of different paper weights, including kraft paper, greaseproof coated paper, pre-printed paper, and recycled paper. It can be used to produce food takeaway bags, supermarket shopping bags, and simple gift bags, allowing packaging enterprises to select paper materials and bag types according to order applications.
The gluing system can adjust gluing conditions according to paper characteristics and production speed, helping achieve more uniform bonding along the bag sides and bottom while reducing the impact of excessive or insufficient adhesive on finished bag quality. The touchscreen interface supports the storage of multiple sets of process parameters. When changing specifications, the corresponding settings can be recalled and fine-tuned through trial runs. Alarm and shutdown functions for material shortage, paper jams, and overloads facilitate timely troubleshooting, while the automatic lubrication structure supports routine maintenance, providing equipment support for the stable delivery of multi-batch paper bag orders.
