The machine continuously integrates automatic unwinding, tension control, web guiding, creasing, gluing, square bottom folding, fixed-length cutting, and collection and counting. The machine adopts a synchronized servo control system to coordinate paper feeding, creasing, and forming, while tension control and web guiding mechanisms help maintain stable paper feeding and reduce the impact of web deviation, wrinkling, and stretching on finished bag quality. The machine is compatible with materials of different paper weights, including kraft paper, greaseproof coated paper, and pre-printed paper, and can be used to produce food takeaway bags, shopping bags, and gift packaging bags. The touchscreen system supports the storage of multiple sets of process parameters. When changing specifications, the corresponding settings can be recalled and fine-tuned according to trial-run results. Alarm and shutdown functions for material shortage, paper jams, and overloads facilitate timely troubleshooting, while the automatic lubrication system supports routine maintenance, providing support for stable mass production and material loss control in small- and medium-sized packaging plants.
