The RZJD-G250J fully automatic flat bottom paper bag machine is designed for the production of small-size food paper bags and can be used to produce bread bags, toast bags, dried fruit and snack bags, takeaway snack bags, and other products. The machine continuously integrates roll paper unwinding, tension control, photoelectric positioning system, creasing, gluing, bag bottom folding, fixed-length cutting, and collection. This helps reduce manual finishing and semi-finished product handling, making it easier for food packaging enterprises to organize multi-batch mass production orders.
The machine adopts a servo drive and bus-based motion control system to coordinate paper feeding, cutting, and forming, while the photoelectric positioning system adjusts the paper running position to reduce the impact of web deviation, wrinkling, and folding deviation on bag shape. The machine is compatible with greaseproof paper, kraft paper, general packaging paper, and other materials of different paper weights. Processing parameters can be adjusted according to paper thickness, flexibility, and surface adhesive absorption, helping achieve more uniform bonding along the sealed edges and bag bottom while maintaining consistency in finished bag appearance and dimensions.
The touchscreen panel supports production parameter display, adjustment, and storage of multiple sets of specification settings. During order changeovers, the corresponding parameters can be recalled and fine-tuned according to trial-run results. The pneumatic lifting loading structure helps reduce the labor required for paper roll loading and unloading, while alarm and shutdown functions for material shortage, paper jams, and overloads allow operators to inspect abnormalities in a timely manner. Through continuous processing and parameter-based operation, the machine provides equipment support for small- and medium-sized food packaging plants to improve order changeover efficiency and control material loss.
