The machine continuously integrates roll paper unwinding, tension control, web guiding, creasing, twisted handle making and attachment, gluing, square bottom forming, cutting, and finished bag collection. The multi-servo synchronized control system coordinates the processing rhythm of each station, while printed registration mark tracking works together with closed-loop tension control to reduce the possibility of web deviation, stretching, and print registration deviation during the feeding of wide-format paper. The machine is compatible with materials of different paper weights, including white cardboard paper, kraft paper, and laminated printed paper, and operating parameters can be adjusted according to paper characteristics and bag specifications. The touchscreen system can store multiple sets of size and process parameters. When changing product styles, the corresponding settings can be recalled and fine-tuned according to trial-run results, reducing repeated setup time. The automatic lubrication system facilitates routine maintenance, while material jam alarms and shutdown functions for material shortage help operators troubleshoot abnormalities in a timely manner.
