The RZFD-550NTF paper bag machine with twisted and flat handle inline integrates two handle production modes, allowing operators to switch between large-size handled paper bags such as gift bags and shopping bags according to order requirements. The modular handle stations facilitate production scheduling for different handle types, reducing the need for duplicate single-function equipment and helping packaging enterprises optimize workshop space while expanding their product range.
The machine adopts a multi-axis synchronized servo control system and continuously integrates hydraulic material loading, constant-tension paper feeding, printed registration mark tracking, web guiding, creasing, gluing, handle cutting and attachment, square bottom forming, and counting and collection, reducing semi-finished product handling. The machine is compatible with kraft paper, white cardboard paper, laminated printed paper, and other materials of different paper weights, supporting both natural-color standard bags and pre-printed customized branded bags. The zoned gluing system separately controls the handle attachment and bag bottom sealing areas, allowing adhesive supply conditions to be adjusted according to paper characteristics and operating rhythm. This helps achieve more uniform bonding while maintaining consistency in handle position, bag shape, and bottom structure.
The touchscreen interface can store multiple sets of size and process parameters. When changing paper bag dimensions or switching between twisted and flat handle modes, the corresponding settings can be recalled and adjusted according to trial-run results. Alarm and shutdown functions for paper jams, material shortage, and abnormal tension allow operators to troubleshoot problems in a timely manner and reduce the possibility of abnormal materials continuing into subsequent processing stations. The machine can accommodate both batch production and multi-specification order changeovers, providing equipment support for medium- and large-sized packaging enterprises looking to expand their handled paper bag business and optimize production line configuration.
