The RZJD-G350J fully automatic flat bottom paper bag machine is designed for the production of small- and medium-size food paper bags and can be used to produce bread bags, toast bags, snack bags, and dry food packaging bags. The machine continuously integrates automatic unwinding, tension control, photoelectric positioning system, creasing, gluing, bag bottom folding, fixed-length cutting, and collection. This helps reduce manual finishing and semi-finished product handling, making it easier for packaging enterprises to organize batch orders within a continuous production process.
The synchronized servo control system coordinates paper feeding, cutting, and forming, while dynamic tension control works together with the photoelectric positioning system to reduce the impact of web deviation, wrinkling, and folding misalignment on bag shape.
