The RZFD-450AT paper bag machine with twisted handle inline is designed for the production of small- and medium-size branded paper bags and can be used for gift, cosmetics, apparel, premium supermarket, and other packaging applications. The machine continuously integrates automatic unwinding, tension control, web guiding, creasing, twisted handle making and attachment, gluing, square bottom forming, cutting, and collection. This helps reduce manual handle attachment and semi-finished product handling, making it easier for packaging enterprises to standardize production workflows and organize batch orders.
The multi-servo synchronized control system coordinates the operating rhythm of each processing station, while printed registration mark tracking works together with the web guiding mechanism to reduce the impact of paper deviation, print registration deviation, and folding misalignment on finished products. The machine is compatible with materials of different paper weights, including white cardboard paper, kraft paper, and laminated printed paper, with tension and gluing conditions adjustable according to paper characteristics. The twisted handle forming and attachment mechanism continuously completes rope twisting, fixed-length cutting, positioning, and bonding, helping maintain good consistency in handle position and bonding areas while meeting the appearance and carrying requirements of branded packaging.
The touchscreen system supports the storage of multiple sets of process parameters. When changing paper bag specifications, the corresponding settings can be recalled and fine-tuned according to trial-run results, reducing repeated setup time. Alarm and shutdown functions for paper jams, material shortage, and abnormal tension facilitate timely troubleshooting, while the automatic lubrication structure supports routine maintenance. The machine provides equipment support for continuous production, order changeover management, and finished product quality control of small- and medium-size paper bags with twisted handles.
