RZFD-330TF Fully Automatic Paper Bag Machine Supports Mass Production of Round Rope and Flat Handle Paper Bags

The RZFD-330TF fully automatic paper bag machine can switch between the production of round rope and flat handle square bottom paper bags on the same production line. It is suitable for small- and medium-size products such as supermarket shopping bags, food takeaway bags, and apparel and gift bags. Starting from roll paper unwinding, the machine continuously integrates paper feeding, web guiding, creasing and folding, gluing, handle attachment, square bottom forming, cutting, and finished bag collection. This reduces manual handle attachment operations and semi-finished product handling.

The multi-axis servo system coordinates paper feeding, handle attachment, and bag forming processes. When processing kraft paper, greaseproof coated paper, composite paper, or white paperboard, operators can adjust tension and adhesive application according to paper thickness and surface characteristics. The photoelectric web guiding mechanism corrects lateral paper deviation, helping maintain alignment between handle attachment positions and bag body crease lines. The constant-temperature, metered gluing system also helps ensure uniform bonding along the bag sides and bottom.

The touchscreen interface supports the storage of multiple sets of process parameters. When changing bag specifications or handle types, operators can recall the corresponding settings and verify bag length, handle position, and bottom sealing conditions through a trial run, reducing repeated setup and adjustment time. The machine is equipped with protection functions for material shortage, paper jams, overloads, and positioning deviations, allowing operators to identify and handle abnormalities in a timely manner. The reinforced frame supports continuous production, while the modular layout and automatic lubrication system facilitate routine inspection and maintenance of transmission components.
