RZFD-190 Bread Paper Bag Machine Supports Continuous Bakery Packaging Production

The RZFD-190 bread paper bag machine is designed for the production of small-size bakery paper bags and can be used to process toast bags, bread bags, pastry bags, snack packaging bags, and other products. The machine continuously integrates roll paper unwinding, tension control, photoelectric positioning system, creasing, gluing, square bottom forming, fixed-length cutting, and collection, reducing manual handling and downstream processing and making it suitable for bakery factories and food packaging enterprises handling multi-batch production.

The machine is compatible with commonly used packaging materials such as kraft paper, greaseproof paper, and coated paper. Paper feeding and gluing parameters can be adjusted according to paper thickness, flexibility, and surface adhesive absorption. The constant-temperature quantitative gluing system operates in coordination with the forming station, helping achieve relatively uniform bonding along the bag sides and bottom while meeting the practical requirements of bakery packaging for grease resistance, crumb containment, and finished bag consistency. For food-contact applications, production can be carried out using appropriate paper materials together with water-based adhesives for food packaging.

The touchscreen system can store multiple sets of process parameters. When changing bag types or paper materials, the corresponding settings can be recalled and fine-tuned according to trial-run conditions. Alarm and shutdown functions for material shortage, paper jams, and overloads allow operators to inspect abnormalities in a timely manner. The machine features a compact structure that helps reduce equipment footprint while facilitating routine cleaning, inspection, and maintenance, providing equipment support for the continuous production of small-size bakery paper bags.
