The RZJD-G250J flat bottom paper bag machine with printing inline can be connected with a printing unit to continuously integrate roll paper printing, drying, tension control, web guiding, gluing, paper tube forming, cutting, and bag bottom folding, directly producing flat bottom paper bags with branded graphics. Compared with a segmented process in which printed paper is rewound and then loaded again for bag making, inline production can reduce semi-finished product handling, temporary storage, and repeated material loading, making it easier for food packaging enterprises to coordinate printing and bag-making production schedules.
The production line uses a synchronized control system to coordinate printing and bag-making rhythms, combined with closed-loop tension control, EPC web guiding, and printed registration mark positioning to reduce the impact of paper stretching and positional deviation on print registration and bag forming. The printing unit adopts a water-based flexographic printing process and can be configured with different color units according to printing layout requirements. Ceramic anilox rollers work together with the hot-air drying structure to help maintain stable ink supply and drying conditions. For materials such as kraft paper, glossy paper, and greaseproof coated paper, ink, tension, and drying settings can be adjusted according to surface characteristics to improve graphic clarity and subsequent processing performance.
The touchscreen terminal supports the storage of multiple sets of bag-making specifications and printing parameters. During order changeovers, stored settings can be recalled and then adjusted according to printing plates, paper materials, and trial-run results. The hydraulic loading structure helps reduce the workload of paper roll loading and unloading, while alarm and shutdown functions for material shortage, paper jams, and print registration deviation facilitate timely troubleshooting. Online counting also supports finished product collection management. The production line is suitable for continuous processing of customized paper bag orders for bakery, snacks, and related applications, providing support for shortening process coordination time and controlling material loss.
