The RZFD-330 (2-Ply) fully automatic double-layer paper bag machine is designed for the production of small- and medium-size double-layer square bottom paper bags. The machine continuously integrates synchronized unwinding of two paper rolls, independent tension control, paper layer alignment, gluing, creasing, square bottom forming, and cutting. The two paper layers can enter the bag-making process directly, reducing the need for pre-lamination and repeated material loading and making it easier for packaging enterprises to organize batch production of double-layer paper bags.
The machine adopts dual independent tension control, allowing the feeding conditions of the inner and outer paper layers to be adjusted separately according to paper weight, flexibility, and surface characteristics. This helps reduce the impact of layer misalignment, wrinkling, and slippage on bag forming. The machine is compatible with material combinations such as kraft paper, coated paper, and moisture-resistant paper. Depending on the packaging application, structures such as a printed outer layer and a moisture-resistant inner layer can be selected, providing paper bag production options for food grains, small granular materials, and related products. The load-bearing and protective performance of the double-layer structure can be confirmed through paper material selection and finished product testing.
The zoned gluing system can adjust adhesive supply according to production rhythm and paper characteristics, helping achieve more uniform bonding along the bag sides and bottom while maintaining coordination between the two paper layers during folding and bottom sealing. The operating system supports process parameter storage, allowing the corresponding settings to be recalled when changing paper combinations or bag specifications and fine-tuned according to trial-run results. The machine can help packaging enterprises expand their double-layer paper bag product range while providing equipment support for continuous processing, order changeover management, and finished product consistency.
