The RZFD-550N square bottom paper bag machine with printing inline is designed for the production of large-size customized branded paper bags and continuously integrates roll paper flexographic printing, hot-air drying, tension control, creasing, gluing, square bottom forming, and cutting. Compared with separate printing and bag-making processes, inline production can reduce semi-finished product rewinding, temporary storage, and secondary material loading, making it easier for packaging enterprises to coordinate production rhythms and shorten waiting time between processes.
The machine adopts a multi-axis synchronized servo control system, combined with EPC web guiding and printed registration mark tracking to coordinate printing, paper feeding, and bag-making positions. This helps reduce the impact of web deviation, stretching, and registration deviation of wide-format paper on finished products. The printing unit adopts a water-based flexographic printing process and can be configured with different color units according to printing layout requirements. Ink supply, tension, and drying conditions can be adjusted according to the characteristics of materials such as kraft paper, white cardboard paper, and coated paper, making the machine suitable for supermarket shopping bags, apparel and gift bags, food and bakery packaging, and other applications.
The gluing system can adjust adhesive supply according to paper characteristics and operating speed, helping achieve more uniform bonding along the bag sides and bottom while maintaining coordination between the square bottom structure and bag body crease lines. The modular structure facilitates sectional inspection and maintenance, while the touchscreen system supports the storage of multiple sets of process parameters. During order changeovers, the corresponding settings can be recalled and fine-tuned according to trial-run results. Alarm and shutdown functions for material shortage, paper jams, and print registration deviation facilitate timely troubleshooting, providing support for continuous production and material loss control of large-size customized paper bags.
